IPGS strives to provide a unique learning experience to its students by keeping pace with innovations & advancements and guiding the students to inculcate skills which will help them to face the challenges of contemporary life. We are living in challenging times witnessing not only the best in terms of scientific & technological growth but also the worst as far as degradation of moral values is concerned. It is our constant endeavour to ensure that each child has the right skills, attitude and values that make him/her a responsible citizen of the country. The world holds limitless opportunities for the children and it is up to us to help them seize their dreams.
We aim to help our children grow personally, professionally, and socially. At IPGS we endeavour to awaken joy, curiosity and a deep desire to solve problems, pursue leadership roles and positively impact those around them.
History has proven that those who dare to imagine the impossible are the ones who break all the human limitations. Former President Dr. A.P.J Abdul Kalam believed that the mantra for success contains just four steps – first, great aim; second, continuously acquire knowledge; third, work hard and lastly persevere and succeed. So, dreaming big must be ensued by action. Therefore, we, at IPGS perceive education as the means of developing innate abilities in our students to propel the desired change in society.
We look forward to continued interest and co-operation from all our stakeholders to achieve higher milestones of success. Let us together help our children inculcate the skills and the ethical disposition to carve a future that enhances overall well-being in this age of globalization. We echo the words of William S. Burroughs when he said-

We, at Indraprastha GLOBAL SCHOOL Noida, believe that through Experiential Learning our students will learn ‘how’ to think rather than ‘what’ to think while gaining important real-world experience that leads to character-building. My alma mater, Stanford University, is famous for its motto “Die Luft der Freiheit weht” (“The winds of Freedom blow”), interpreted as a clarion call for innovation; that world-class institutions like Stanford stand ready to change and innovate with the times while also maintaining a core set of values.
I will take this opportunity to give you a brief glimpse into the three broad areas of innovation that we are implementing here: subject innovations (innovation in what is taught), pedagogical innovations (innovations in how a subject is taught), and interpersonal innovations (innovations in how the school community connects within and without).For the middle school, we have recently started the Coding Curriculum, as we believe that coding will be as fundamental a skill in the 21st century as Mathematics was in the 20th century. In terms of pedagogical innovations, our parent community is aware of the changes we have made to the pedagogy of teaching and learning in the midst of this academic session like the introduction of Montessori Lab, Reading Programme etc.
Lastly, but most importantly, I will turn to interpersonal innovations which we have initiated like Coffee morning with school authorities to implement an open-door policy between students, parents and the teachers. On the interpersonal level, I am sure our parents are excited about virtual international student exchanges and seminars for our parent and student community with international experts.
Overall, I would like to especially emphasise here that all these innovations can only succeed with the co-operation of parents. Only if we come together as a community can we make sure that our students are equipped with the critical thinking, tools, skills, and values to deal with the challenges of the 21st century. I invite parents, students, teachers, and staff to be a constructive part of this journey! Welcome!

With over 25 years of distinguished experience across leading K–12 institutions, Mrs. Nidhi Kapoor is widely recognized as a visionary academic leader committed to building future-ready, value-driven, and learner-centric school ecosystems.
An alumna of Father Agnel School, Delhi, Mrs. Kapoor completed her B.Sc. (Electronics, Hons.) from Delhi University and her M.Sc. in Electronics Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering & Technology, Jamia Millia Islamia, graduating as the University Topper and Gold Medallist. She further pursued her B.Ed. from Dayalbagh Educational Institute and PGDSLM from IGNOU, demonstrating her unwavering commitment to continuous professional growth.
Her career spans impactful leadership roles as Vice Principal, Headmistress, Senior Coordinator, HOD (Science), and PGT (Physics), with significant tenures at respected institutions, including Kothari International School, Mayoor School, Lotus Valley International School, and The Heritage School. She has led academic teams, strengthened school culture, implemented NEP-aligned pedagogies, elevated teacher capacity, and integrated EdTech to create vibrant spaces for holistic student development.
Mrs. Kapoor’s work in education has been widely recognised at both national and global levels, reflecting her commitment to excellence, innovation, and transformative school leadership.
- She has been honoured with the National Teacher Award by CED in association with NITI Aayog, acknowledging her exceptional leadership and contribution to innovative educational practices.
- She has been recognized as a Global Education Mentor by AKS Awards, celebrating her influence in shaping progressive, learner-centred, and future-ready pedagogies.

As the Head Mistress and Core Team Member of the upcoming Indraprastha Global School, she brings deep expertise in school operations, academic planning, faculty development, curriculum innovation, and CBSE compliance—combined with an unwavering commitment to holistic, value-based education.
Armed with a Master’s degree, B.Ed and a DPSG alumna, Mrs. Tyagi brings deep insight into what makes teaching and learning truly effective. Her academic expertise is complemented by hands-on experience in implementing progressive educational frameworks ensuring that students grow through all domains of development is known for her clarity of vision, hands-on leadership style, and her passion for nurturing schools as vibrant ecosystems of learning, safety, creativity, and growth.
Mrs. Tyagi’s vast professional journey includes leadership roles such as Branch Head, Headmistress, Primary In-charge, Leader of NEP and Monograph Development Programmes, XSEED Curriculum Head, and Social Science Facilitator, contributing to the growth of renowned schools such as Presidium School - Noida, JP International School - Greater Noida, Delhi Public School - Rajnagar and Gurukul The School - Ghaziabad .
Her passion for student-centered learning has also led to the formation of multiple clubs and leadership platforms Mathematics Club, Robotics Club, Literary Club, MUN Club, Photography Club, Nature Club, and more helping students discover their unique talents and strengths.
While her work often speaks louder than awards, Mrs. Tyagi’s contributions in the education sector are widely acknowledged by peers, management bodies, and school communities. She has been recognized for excellence in academic leadership and school administration, and for outstanding contributions to curriculum development and teacher capacity building. A recipient of the prestigious British Council Award, she has made notable strides in driving innovation in NEP implementation and crafting experiential learning designs.
